Orders and Shipping
Most items are made to order and are custom made. Wait times for any item can take 2-3 weeks until they are shipped depending on the amount of orders that come in. Once an item is completed it usually ships within 2 days of completion. Orders are filled in the order they are received to ensure fair and proper treatment of all customers.
We ship via UPS. We select the cheapest and safest tracked parcel option. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items. This includes international shipping.
Payment Methods
We except PayPal or Credit Card. Select your payment option at checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
All Sales are final. In the event of a malfunction in product or workmanship occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know. We are happy to answer any of your concerns.
Additional Information
All leather hides are not made equally and not all products will look the same due to this. Each hide is unique and therefore all items are unique as well.
Specific leather may not be available at the time of order and another leather that is similar may be offered. Supply and demand dictates the availability of leather and sometimes can take weeks to be delivered to us.
